 *What forms of payment do you accept?

 We accept all major debit and credit cards.

 *How soon will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days (Shipping Days are Thursday & Friday's excluding holidays) after payment has been approved and confirmed. If you need your items shipped sooner. Please notify us and we can arrange for a quicker delivery.  

 *How will I know if my order shipped?

 Shipping confirmation including tracking number will be sent to the email address you provide upon ordering. Any orders suspected of fraud or payment declined and/or charged back will be cancelled immediately without notice.

 *What shipping methods do you use?

 All orders are shipped via USPS with typical delivery within 1-5 days (Tuesday-Saturday) depending on your location. Any special request for expedited shipping must be advised during order submission or immediately after via our contact page. Please reference your order number in the subject line when contacting us. 

 Please note, Word Up Jewel's & Accessories CANNOT assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail. Any returned packages due to incorrect address provided will be reshipped at your expense. No exceptions!

 *Can I return my order for a refund?

 We Do Not offer refunds or accept returns on any item(s). All sales are final.

 If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt. If the item is still available, we will ship a replacement or the customer will be issued a store merchandise credit. Please email a photo of the damaged item to info@wordupjewels.com to start the process.

*Can I exchange an item for something different?

 We will only provide an exchange for damaged item(s) received during shipping in which a store credit will be issued for equal value. 

 *Will you share my information with 3rd parties?

 Word Up Jewel's & Accessories will never misuse, sell, or share any private information that you submit to us with any 3rd party sources or vendors. 

 *What personal information do you collect?

 Name, email, mailing address, and payment information.

 *When is my information collected?

 Information is collected when you place an order or subscribe to our mailing list.

 *Why is my information collected?

 Your information is collected to process transactions. We will occasionally send emails for promotions and/or site updates.
